 Journal Questions: Due bi-weekly

What have you added to your life to gain True Health?

What have you changed about your life to gain True Health?

What have you noticed as a benefit since implementing questions 1 and 2?

Are you having any struggles? Please elaborate.

Kindness

A quote by William Penn: “I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show or any good things I can do to any fellow human being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again.”

Journal this week: Private Journal (you do not need to share with me unless you would like to) Assignment is to work with your Implementation Guide in private, in a quiet and peaceful setting.

In a Post-Holiday Funk???

Did you stray from your exercise routine over the holidays and now struggle to get going again?  Try something different…make the most of the snow.   Try trail walking at a park, snow-shoeing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, playing outside with the kids, or just walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the fresh snow.  It is invigorating.

Love to eat healthy but hate to cook?  Or just lack the time?  A friend of mine and longtime wellness consultant is offering a special rate of $15.00/hour for in-home cooking.   She will shop for you, cook for you, or do both!   Her name is Cindy Vandiver, and she lives in Ballston Spa.  Call her at 309-3763 or email cindylvan@hotmail.com and tell her I sent you!

Are you Sick?

Has winter got you feeling under the weather?

Don’t be a victim of germs again.  You can keep your body healthy from the inside out….don’t let your body be a place germs like to hang out!

The True Health Wellness Program has already taught you what to do:  Get 8 hours of sleep, take natural Vitamin D from Innate Choice or Standard Process (see me to purchase), get regular Chiropractic adjustments, reduce sugar and alcohol intake, eat whole foods (not industrial products), and EXERCISE!!!  Moderate, regular exercise stimulates immune response.

Beat the Post- Holiday Bloat

Recent research shows that the best time to exercise is in the morning before breakfast. So get up a few minutes early and get moving!
Eat soups and salads!  Homemade soups without cream bases and without a lot of grains are ideal. They are hearty, healthy, and satisfying.
Do not drink anything with high fructose corn syrup. This means soda, sweetened bottled teas, sports drinks and any juices that are not 100% juice. They simply are not of any value, and are very, very harmful.
