Assignment to Prepare for Nutrition 2 Class
Be sure to do your journal this week….reflect on where you have improved your health and where you want to go. What are some specific goals?
Also, I am thinking of changing the class schedule a bit to reduce the gaps between classes. Think about that so we can discuss it and agree as a group to change or keep things the same.
Assignment: Take a photo of your cupboard and fridge today. No need to share with me unless you want to. Just take the photo for now. This picture reflects the reality of what you are buying for your home, which is more important that what you may eat when eating out. Keep this to compare to a second photo in a month or so from now.
